What are you passionate about?

It’s funny, the things we come to be passionate about in life. Sometimes it takes a full-circle moment—or a few—to realize what really lights you up inside. What makes you crave growth. What pulls you in without effort and makes you want to stay, learn more, and give more. For me, that thing has always been making people feel seen—really seen. Like they matter. Like they’re not alone.

For me, I’ve always cared deeply. About people, and their experiences. About the little things that make someone feel seen and understood.

I care a lot about a lot of things… but if I had to name the thread that weaves through all of them, it would be this:

I’m passionate about making people feel less alone.

Whether it’s personal growth, healing, self-reflection, or simply offering space for someone to say, “Me too”—those are the moments that matter most to me. Making people feel seen. That’s where I come alive.

For a long time, I thought that passion had to equal career.

That because I loved understanding people and helping them grow, I needed to study Psychology, get a degree, and work in a helping profession. And while that’s a beautiful path for many, I’ve come to realize that passion doesn’t always need a title or a traditional route.

Sometimes, following your passion means simply living it.

In the way you talk to others, the words you write. It’s inn the space you hold and the stories you share.

And in doing so, you might just create a ripple effect.

So here I am—writing, growing, reflecting—and hoping that maybe something I say helps someone else feel a little more understood. A little less alone.

Because if I can offer that, even just once… that’s enough.

💭 A Reflection from the Past

This poem was written back in 2019, during one of the darkest seasons of my life. I felt so alone and longed for someone to truly understand me.

If you’ve ever felt that way too, maybe this piece will speak to something in you:
